Faulty items: covered in full under Australian Consumer Law. Send us a photo and we'll replace or refund immediately — no need to post anything back.
Change of mind: 30 days on non-personalised items. Personalised (engraved or embroidered) items can't be restocked, so change-of-mind returns aren't available on them — this is noted on each product page and at checkout.
Wrong size? We'll send the correct size for just the shipping cost — keep or donate the original.
